Kimchi Fried Rice

Monday, May 16.
Lose 4 lbs to the goal! - Ok, I ate and drank more than I should have on Saturday and Sunday. Then we have pens game tonight ... I will try not drink too much.

Breakfast: Ham and Cheese on Bread, Salad

Dinner: Ground Beef & Kimchi Fried Rice with Gochujang (Korean Condiment)
