Vegetarian Bibimbap

Monday, May 23.
Lose 3.6 lbs to the goal! - I forgot to weigh myself last weekend, but it seems I have been doing good.

Dinner: Vegetarian Bibimbap - Cabbage with Vinegar,  Cucumber with, Sesame Oil, Renkon with Kimuchi Sauce, Carrot with Ponzu, Konnyaku with Japanese BBQ Sauce, Kimuch
