Lose 4.6 lbs to the goal! - I know ... I ate 2 donuts yesterday... and I ate 2 donuts today. I was going to Yoga this evening but I missed the class because of traffic. arrgggg. Instead, I went for a long walk with my dogs.
Dinner: Saba shioyaki (grilled Spanish Mackerel), Renkon Kinpira (Lotus Roots), Kabocha (Japanese Squash), Salad, Miso-Soup, Rice
