Kabocha no Nimono

1. Cut Kabocha (half of a small one). It's not necessary but I peel some parts of skin to make it be cooked easier.
.
2. Add 1 cup of broth, 2 tsp of sugar and 2tsp of soy sauce. Simmer on the low heat till kabocha gets done.
 
3. Done!
