Pianlu Nabe

Pianlu Nabe is very simple Nappa Cabbage hot pot dish. It's originally from China and a Japanese writer introduced this dish on his blog or something and then it got very popular in Japan right now. It is really simple,  no seasonning and just cook nappa cabbage and meat in the dried shitake mushroom broth. I guess I have heard too much good reputation. It was ok, or did I make wrong? I am going to ask my friend the recipe to make sure.

Btw, finally I found the best way to use yellow pages!
