Sake no Shioyaki


Dinner on Jan. 2. I got Kabocha (Japanese Pumpkin) and I was hungry for Kabocha no Nimono (Simmered pumpkin). I think I did good job. and I used cooking sheet to grill Salmon. It worked well. It made the skin crunchy.
 
 
Sake no Shioyaki (Grilled Salmon)

Hakusai no Ohitashi (Nappa Cabbage Salad)
1. Cut Nappa Cabbage.
2. Boil #1Nappa Cabbage in Dashi broth(water works) untill it's cooked.
3. Drain well and mix with Ponzu and Sesami seeds
