Pork Roast

Lunch on Jan. 5.  J cooked pork for New Years Day, but I coundn't have it because I had to go to work. Wow, he did really good job. I am not a big fan of pork roast because it's sometimes dry. But this pork was so moist and tender! It was good and I liked the sauce which I don't know the ingredience. Anyway, Thank you J.
 
Pork Rib, Mashpotatoes, Asparagus, brussel sprout
